If you interact with an AI voice agent, chatbot, or automated messaging system operated by us or deployed on behalf of a client, your conversation may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to deliver the service, route your inquiry, book appointments, and improve accuracy. Where required by law, you will be notified at the start of the interaction that the call or conversation is being recorded or handled by an AI assistant.

3. Processing on Behalf of Our Clients

For many Services (e.g., AI receptionists, appointment booking, lead follow-up, CRM automation), we act as a service provider / data processor on behalf of our business clients, who are the data controllers of their customers' and patients' information. In those cases:

• The client's own privacy policy governs how their customer data is used
• We process such data only under the client's instructions and our service agreement
• Requests about data held on behalf of a client should be directed to that client; we will assist them in responding as required by law

Healthcare-related deployments (e.g., dental and medical clinics) are configured to respect applicable health privacy legislation, such as Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), under agreements with the clinic as the health information custodian.
